1. What Mispria is

Mispria ("we", "the service") is a data-analytics tool for binary prediction markets. It computes and displays statistical metrics (model probabilities, volatility measures, market comparisons) and publishes a nightly, methodology-open track record based on paper trading — simulated trades with no real orders. Mispria is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, or a source of trading signals, and provides no financial advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mispria. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using the service is lawful where you live. Prediction markets are restricted in some jurisdictions (for example, Polymarket is blocked in France by the ANJ); accessing third-party markets remains entirely your responsibility.

3. Accounts

Sign-in uses a magic link or Google. You are responsible for your e-mail account's security. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of data, attempts to breach security, one account shared across many users).

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Pro plan is billed by Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (account page); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices include applicable VAT where required. By requesting immediate access to the digital service, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, where EU consumer law applies, you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

5. No financial advice

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Displayed performance is simulated (paper trading), historical, and does not guarantee future results. Nothing on Mispria is an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or to enter any market. Any decision you make is yours alone — see the Risk disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The service, the σ-SCOPE engine, and published datasets are our property. You may cite published figures with attribution and a link. Bulk reproduction or resale of the data requires written permission.

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Data sources are third-party and unofficial; outages, gaps, or errors can occur. We publish our own monitoring and correct data issues transparently, but we do not warrant completeness or fitness for any purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are never liable for trading or investment losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and, for subscribers, by e-mail. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Operator & contact
